Death of Autotune...WTF

If Jay-z wants to get rid of autotune...maybe he should make a song good enough to persuade ppl to do so. Autotune to me is good for a more soulish kinda sound. Tpain used it almost his whole career.Maybe Jay-z should worry about his own rap persona

Some of these artist include :Lupe Fiasco , Common , and Kanye West. this rappers deliver lyrics that to the untrained ear can not understand . Most people who listen to the such artist as those think that their rapping ability is not up to par . This is a short blog for a reason , I want you all to listen to some of my favorite songs form this people and get back to me.

Is it just me or can anyone get a recording deal if they have a dance to go with the song . Now I'm not saying these ppl shouldn't have a music career , but there is 2 different kinds of up coming rappers :

-Free advertising (i.e. Soulja Boy)
-Gimmick (i.e. Dance)


Soulja Boy on the other is different , he used free advertising as his advantage . The only thing that insured that Soulja Boy would not be a 1 hit wonder is that he gave his fans the chance to hear is product before any he even had a deal.
I also think that hip-hop has become too easy to the eye. Most ppl think if you rap and get a deal the big bucks start to roll in. I dont know anymore.
